What this site collects, and why.

The short version

If you fill in the contact form, we get what you typed and we email you back. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. If you use the site assistant, your question is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate an answer and is not stored by us. That is essentially all of it.

Who we are

Ultimate Analytics is a product operated by DigitalTreehouse. For anything on this page, contact hello@ultimateanalytics.ai.

The contact form

When you submit the contact form we collect what you enter, which may include:

• Your name and work email address
• Your company name and website
• How you describe your role or organisation
• What you told us you want to find out
• Who you told us you compete with, and what systems you run
• Your timing, and anything else you wrote in the message field

We also record which page the form was submitted from, so we know which part of the site prompted the enquiry.

Why. To read your enquiry, do the background work before replying, and reply to you. That is the only purpose.

How it is handled. Submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our email provider. The enquiry reaches our inbox and you receive a confirmation at the address you gave us. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties.

Spam controls. The form includes a hidden field that only automated submissions fill in, and it records when the form was rendered so that instant submissions can be identified as automated. Neither collects anything about you.

The site assistant

The chat widget sends your question, and the earlier messages in that conversation, to Anthropic’s API so a response can be generated. It has no access to any database, no tools, and no ability to look anything up. Its answers come only from the published product information written into its instructions.

Conversations are held in your browser for the length of your visit and are not stored by us after that. Please do not enter confidential information into it. If you want to tell us something sensitive, use the contact form or email.

Hosting and logs

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard request information such as IP address and user agent in order to serve pages and to protect the service from abuse. We do not use that data to build a profile of you.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled in future, this page will be updated to say which provider and what is collected before it happens.

Fonts and assets

Typefaces are self-hosted rather than loaded from a third-party font service, so viewing this site does not send a request to a font provider on your behalf.

How long we keep enquiries

Enquiries live in our email and are kept as business correspondence. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us and we will delete it and confirm.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Email hello@ultimateanalytics.ai and we will action it. We do not require you to use a specific form or portal to exercise a right.

Client data inside a deployment

This page covers this website only. Marketing data collected inside an Ultimate Analytics deployment belongs to that client and is governed by the agreement for that engagement. Deployments are client-scoped with per-client data isolation, and access is magic-link only on a strict allowlist with single-use, individually revocable tokens.

Changes

If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. We will not retroactively broaden what we do with data already collected.
